Looking to rent the entire Casa Chicoma property?

We love to host groups, whether it’s a family get-together, a friends retreat, a group attending a workshop in Santa Fe or a retreat/workshop held right here on the property.

Your group will have private access to our 2.5 acres including each of the casitas, courtyards, gardens and greenhouses, outdoor dining table, swimming hole and sunset deck. The owners will be on the property in the main house to assist if any issues arise, though will let you enjoy the property to yourself.

GROUP RATES

Reserving the property can be done via Paypal, by coordinating with us at woof@casachicoma.com. The rest of our stays are booked through Airbnb, so you will benefit from not paying the Airbnb service fees charged to guests.

Two of our casitas—Sala Luna & The Regal Beagle—are seasonal and only available May-October. From October-May the three remaining units would need to be booked to rent the entire property. From May-October at least four of the units would need to be booked.

• LA CHIHUAHUA / sleeps up to 3 — $135/night + $45 cleaning fee

• SALA TIERRA / sleeps 2 — $150/night + $45 cleaning fee

• THE REGAL BEAGLE / sleeps 2 — $150/night + $45 cleaning fee**

• SALA LUNA / sleeps 2 — $130/night + $45 cleaning fee**

**The Regal Beagle & Sala Luna are seasonal, available May through October

During peak season (May-Oct) the property can sleep 12 guests, though please note the casitas that sleep 3 have one queen/full bed & one twin, and the casitas sleeping 2 have a full-sized bed. Click on the casita names above to learn more about each space.

La Chihuahua and The Regal Beagle are our two pet-friendly units, with up to three dogs total allowed on the property. Dogs will need to be kept on leash when in the landscaped areas of the property. The pet fee is $10/dog/night — please see our pet policy here.

All guests in the group must sign our liability waiver prior to their stay.

ON-SITE WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Casa Chicoma makes for a peaceful, beautiful home base for intimate workshops and retreats with the benefit of being just outside the city of Santa Fe. The entire retreat can be spent on the property, by utilizing our outdoor communal areas—courtyards, decks, large barnwood table, swimming hole & more—and with each casita providing its own kitchen area and bathroom facilities. The other perk of outdoor living here: it’s almost always sunny :) There are walking trails into the hills that start from the property, and coffee and burrito runs are only 5 minutes away.
