Situated on a lovely 2 1/2 acres of land, just a 10-minute drive from the downtown Plaza. Views of the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains + access to the swimming hole, outdoor communal dining/lounging areas, and neighborhood hiking/biking trails.
